Rentwee Nurse Housing (“Rentwee”, “we”) operates a platform that helps travel nurses and healthcare professionals find housing from independent hosts.

Our role

Rentwee is a venue only. We are not a landlord, broker, or party to any rental agreement. We do not own, inspect, or manage any listed property, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user. You are responsible for verifying any property, person, and lease before paying money or moving in.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Nurses join free. Hosts pay a one-time $50 membership fee to list rentals and message nurses. The membership fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

• No fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory listings or requests.
• Keep payments and agreements between you and the other party; Rentwee does not handle rent or deposits.
• Communicate through the site where possible so there is a record.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentwee is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any rental arrangement made through it.
